  • The Scientific Committee of 30thKSPENDO will review and evaluate all abstracts and on-site oral & poster presentations.
  • Awardees will be announced at the Gala Dinner and are required to attend the Gala Dinner to receive their recognition.
  • Cash prizes will be awarded after the 30thKSPENDO Symposium.

* Please read the following instructions carefully to receive the grant.

  • International Participants
  • Presenting Authors of ACCEPTED Abstracts
  • Presenting authors who have completed the abstract submission (regardless of abstract presentations types; oral, poster, e-poster)
    * Abstract Submission Deadline: August 18(Mon), 2025(KST)
  • Presenting authors must participate in the congress IN-PERSON with pre-registration payment made.
    * Pre-registration Deadline: September 19(Fri), 2025(KST)

Notices

  • Travel grant will ONLY be paid ON-SITE to the presenter specified on the abstract.
  • To receive the grant, recipients must provide a valid ID (e.g., passport or driver’s license) along with flight ticket receipts.
  • Regardless of nationality, participants residing in Korea are subject to the same rules as for Korean participants.
  • The grant will be issued only once for any duplicate presentations.
  • If you have already been invited as a speaker/chair, you will not be eligible for additional grants.
