Submission Guidelines

Abstract Submission Deadline: August 18(Mon), 2025

Thank you for your interests in presentation and participation of International Symposium Commemorating the 30th Anniversary of Korean Society of Pediatric Endocrinology(30thKSPENDO).

The 30thKSPENDO Organizing Committee cordially invites you to submit abstracts for oral and poster presentations.

Please read the below guidelines carefully before submitting the abstract.
Submitted abstracts via ‘Online Submission System’ will be reviewed by the Scientific Program Committee and presentation type may possibly be changed following review by the Scientific Program Committee.

Additionally, abstract submission does not constitute registration for the 30thKSPENDO.
If the registration is not completed after abstract submission, the submission may be withdrawn. So, presenting authors are required to register for the 30thKSPENDO separately within the period.

02. Submission Guidelines

Submission Method Online via the 30thKSPENDO website only
  • Abstracts submitted by post, fax or email will not be considered.
  • Late submissions will not be accepted.
Language English
Word Limit Maximum 2,400 words (including spaces)
  • If the abstract body exceeds 2,400 words, content may be omitted, so please verify before submission.
Authors Information Authors
  • The first author should be listed as the presenting author, and co-authors should be listed starting from the second author.
  • Abstracts should be submitted by presenting authors.
  • The maximum number of authors is 10 per abstract.
  • Please clearly indicate the first name(s) and last name(s) of each author.
Affiliation
  • Each author’s Department, Affiliation, and Country must be included.
  • If the department or institution name is too long, some authors' information may be omitted.
    Please make sure all authors' information is complete before submission.
Abstract Format Title
CAPITALIZE EVERY WORD.
  • The title of abstract should be brief but adequate to clearly identify the nature of the abstract.
Body

Only one line of spacing between paragraphs is allowed.

Tables & Figures
Maximum two optional table(s) or figure(s) can be attached as an image file.
(Images will be placed at the bottom of the abstract in the order they were attached.)
  • File format: jpeg, jpg only

03. Acceptance Notification

  • Abstracts are subject to the approval by the Scientific Committee.
  • Authors will receive the email notification of abstract acceptance/rejection via email by early September 2025.

04. Abstract Modification & Withdrawal

  • Abstracts can be modified at any time until the abstract submission deadline of August 18(Mon), 2025 on ‘My Page’.
  • An accepted abstract may be edited by the Scientific Committee or the Secretariat for corrections of errors (e.g., typos, grammatical errors, etc.) without authors’ permission.
  • A submitted abstract can be withdrawn by the presenting author directly until the abstract submission deadline of August 18(Mon), 2025 on ‘My Page’.
    Please note the once an abstract has been withdrawn, it cannot be undone. Please proceed with caution.
  • No separate email will be sent upon abstract withdrawal. Status of abstract withdrawal can be checked on ‘My Page’.

Please note…

  • The presenting authors of the accepted abstracts must register for the symposium until the pre-registration deadline of September 19(Fri), 2025.
    If the presenting author does not register within the pre-registration period, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.
  • If you have any difficulties with abstract submission/modification/withdrawal, please contact the Secretariat(info_30thkspendo@on-comm.kr).
  • A confirmation email will be sent upon abstract submission.

‘대한소아내분비학회 30주년 기념 국제 심포지엄(이하 30thKSPENDO)’의 학술발표 및 참여에 관심을 가져 주시는 모든 분들께 감사드립니다.

초록을 제출하시기 전 아래의 가이드라인을 주의 깊게 읽어 보시기를 바라며, ‘온라인 제출 시스템’을 통해 제출하신 초록은 학술위원회의 검토 후 발표 유형이 변경될 수 있음을 사전에 안내 드립니다.

또한 초록 제출과 등록은 별도로 진행됩니다. 초록 제출 후 등록을 완료하지 않은 경우 초록 접수가 철회될 수 있으므로 발표자분들께서는 정해진 기한 내에 등록을 진행해 주시기 바랍니다.

    단, 철회된 초록은 철회 취소가 되지 않습니다. 신중히 취소해 주시기 바랍니다.
  • 초록 접수 철회 시 별도 이메일이 발송되지 않습니다. 초록 접수 철회 현황은 ‘My Page’에서 확인하실 수 있습니다.
