01. Registration Process

    For registration and abstract submission, please use your ID on this website.
    If you don’t have your own account, you can sign-up here.

  2. STEP 02

    Online Registration

    Click ‘Register Now’ button below and fill out the requested information.
    * Registration Open: April 30(Wed), 2025

  3. STEP 03

    Make Registration Fee Payment

    Choose payment method and make a payment.
    * Registration without complete payment will not be recognized until full payment is received.

  4. STEP 04

    Complete Registration

    Check your confirmation letter about registration and payment completion. You can check your registration information and payment status on ‘My Page’ at any time.

03. How to Pay

Credit Card

  • Using credit card for payment is possible only through the online registration system.
  • All service charges are to be paid by the registrants.
  • Actual charged amount may differ according to the exchange rate.
  • The following credit cards will be accepted: VISA, MasterCard and JCB

Bank Transfer

  • All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrants.
  • Please check remitter’s name. It must be same with the registrant’s name.
  • If the remitter’s name is different from the registrant’s name, please notify to secretariat via e-mail(info_30thkspendo@on-comm.kr) attached with a copy of the transfer receipt.

04. Payment Status

Registration fee payment status can be checked at ‘My Page’.

Pending Registration is not completed. (Payment has not been made yet.)
Complete Registration is successfully completed. (Payment has been made.)
  • Confirmation of payment can take maximum 7 working days.
  • Registration without complete payment will not be honored until the full payment is received.

05. Registration Confirmation

  • Right after the completion of online registration, you will receive the letter of registration confirmation by e-mail.
  • Within 3 weeks upon making the full payment, you will receive the letter of registration confirmation by e-mail.
    If you do not receive the e-mail, please check the spam mailbox first and contact to secretariat(info_30thkspendo@on-comm.kr).
  • You can check and modify your registration info at ‘My Page’ after logging in.

06. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Please note that if payment is not completed within the early registration period (by September 19), your registration will be automatically canceled.
  • Cancellation and refund will be accepted only in writing.
  • Download and fill out the refund request form and send to the secretariat(info_30thkspendo@on-comm.kr) via e-mail.
  • All bank charges for remittance must be paid by the registrant.
  • Refunds will be made after the end of the congress.

    아래 ‘참가 등록하러 가기‘ 버튼을 누른 후, 요청된 정보를 작성해 주시기 바랍니다.

  3. STEP 03

    등록비 결제

    결제방법 선택 후 등록비 결제를 진행 및 완료해 주세요.
    * 등록비를 완납하기 전까지는 등록이 인정되지 않습니다.

  4. STEP 04

    등록 완료

    등록 및 결제 완료 안내 메일을 확인해 주시기 바랍니다. My Page를 통해 등록 정보와 결제 상태를 확인하실 수 있습니다.

03. 결제방법

카드결제 (Credit Card)

  • 온라인으로 카드결제가 진행됩니다.
  • 국내 발급 카드 및 VISA, MASTER CARD, JCB 카드로 결제가 가능합니다.

계좌이체 (Bank Transfer)

  • 모든 은행의 송금 수수료는 등록자 부담을 원칙으로 합니다.
  • 계좌이체 시 등록자명과 입금자명이 동일해야 합니다.
  • 등록자 명과 입금자명이 다른 경우, 이체 내역과 함께 등록자명을 기입하여 준비사무국(info_30thkspendo@on-comm.kr)으로 연락해 주시기 바랍니다.

04. 결제 상태 확인

‘My Page(마이페이지)’에서 등록비 결제 진행 상태를 확인할 수 있습니다.

Pending 등록 미완료 (결제 완료 이전 상태)
Complete 등록 완료 (카드 결제 완료 / 계좌이체의 경우 입금확인 완료 상태)
  • 결제 및 입금 확인에는 영업일 기준 최대 일주일 가량 소요될 수 있습니다.
  • 등록비를 완납하기 전까지는 등록이 인정되지 않습니다.

05. 등록 완료

  • 등록 완료 직후에 등록 확인 메일이 발송됩니다.
  • 등록비 완납 후 3주 이내에 등록 완료 메일이 발송됩니다.
    메일을 받지 못하신 경우, 스팸 메일함 또는 기타 메일 분류함을 우선 확인하신 후 준비사무국(info_30thkspendo@on-comm.kr)으로 연락 바랍니다.
  • 로그인 후 My Page(마이페이지)에서 등록정보 확인이 가능합니다.

06. 취소 및 환불 규정

  • 사전등록 기간(9월 19일까지) 내에 결제가 완료되지 않을 경우, 등록이 자동으로 취소됩니다.
  • 등록 취소 및 환불을 원하시는 경우, 환불신청서 양식을 다운받아 작성 후 사무국(info_30thkspendo@on-comm.kr)으로 보내주시기 바랍니다.
  • 등록비 환불 시 발생하는 송금 수수료는 등록자 부담으로 진행됩니다.
  • 등록비 환불은 30thKSPENDO 행사 종료 후 처리됩니다.
